What we collect

If you use our callback form, we collect what you enter: your name, business name, phone number, email, best time to reach you, anything you tell us in the message box, and whether you checked the text-message consent box.

If you use the chat widget on our contact page or elsewhere on the site, we collect what you enter there: your name, mobile number, email if given, your message, and whether you checked the text-message consent boxes.

If you call or text us, we have your phone number and whatever you tell us. Diagnostic calls are recorded for the purpose of producing your analysis, and callers are notified at the start of the call.

How we use it

To respond to you, schedule and run your call, prepare and send your analysis, and follow up about the services you asked about.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to texts, we use your mobile number only to text you about your request, your call and your analysis. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Full details are in our Terms & SMS terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

Who else sees it

Your form or chat submission is transmitted to the customer-management software we use (LeadConnector/HighLevel), which stores it and delivers our messages on our behalf. This site is hosted by Cloudflare. We do not sell your information, and we don't run advertising trackers or third-party profiling scripts on this site. Some pages include a chat widget provided by our customer-management software so you can message us.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us at (801) 201-7858 or kenneth@backlineinnovations.com.
