How it works

Twelve minutes of talking. Twenty-four hours later, a plan.

There is no intake form, no discovery process, and no software to install. The entire diagnostic is a phone call, and everything after it happens on our side.

  1. 01 — The call

8–12 minutes, whenever you have them. A handful of questions to map the ground, then a deep dive on the one problem costing you most.

  2. 02 — The analysis

Same day. The conversation is mapped against known failure patterns, then a human ranks the findings by what they are actually costing you.

  3. 03 — The report

Within 24 hours. Written and prioritized, plus a live review call with Kenneth so you can hear the reasoning rather than decode a document.

Step one, in detail

What the call actually sounds like

You will speak with Lilly, our AI analysis agent. The opening question is deliberately blunt: what is eating the most of your time or money right now? Where it goes from there depends entirely on your answer.

The call has a shape rather than a question count. Lilly sweeps the ground first — a handful of quick questions to find where the friction is — then stops sweeping and goes deep on the single problem that is costing you the most. Near the end she will make you choose which one to take away and act on first, because a list of ten problems is not a plan.

If you say hiring, the questions move into how long a role sits open, what onboarding looks like, and who covers the gap. If you say software, they move into how many tools you pay for, which ones the team has quietly abandoned, and where the same information gets typed twice. If you say cash flow, they move into how far ahead you can see and what you are reconciling by hand.

Three things the call will not do:

  • Pitch you. Nothing is sold on the call. At the end you are asked whether you want the free summary or the deeper paid version, and either answer is fine.
  • Ask for numbers you do not have in front of you. No revenue figures, no P&L, no logins.
  • Run long. If it hits twelve minutes, it wraps up.

The call is recorded, and you are told so at the start. That recording is what the analysis is written from, and it is not used for anything else.

Step three, in detail

What is in the report

The free summary is short by design. The Deep Audit is the full version. Both are written to be read once and acted on, not filed.

A printed analysis report open on a kitchen table at night, reading glasses and a mug beside it, a pen paused mid-page.
Written to be read once and acted on — not filed.

Free Snapshot

A one-page summary: what we heard, the pattern it fits, and the single highest-value change we would make first. Delivered by email within 24 hours.

Deep Audit & Roadmap

The full breakdown — every leak we identified, ranked by cost and by effort to fix, with the tools or automations that would close each one, what they cost, and the order to do them in. Plus a live review call.

And if you want it built

The analysis is the deliverable. The build is optional.

Plenty of people take the report and handle it in-house, which is a legitimate outcome and the reason the diagnostic is free. If you would rather have it done, we build the specific thing the analysis called for — the automation that removes the double entry, the agent that handles first-response, the consolidation that kills four subscriptions — and then maintain it as the business changes.

What we will not do is hand you another dashboard and call it a solution. If a build cannot be explained in one sentence and measured in dollars or hours, it does not get proposed.
