Free business analysis call
A 12-minute phone call that tells you what is actually broken in your business.
Not a demo. Not another dashboard to learn. You answer a handful of pointed questions about how the work really flows, we go deep on whichever one is costing you most, and within 24 hours you get a written analysis naming where your time and money are leaking out — and what to fix first.
No cost, no pitch on the call, no card. If there is nothing worth fixing, the report will say so.
The reason this exists
You do not have an information problem. You have a "what do I do next" problem.
Most owners we talk to are already drowning in tools that report numbers at them. Fifteen tabs, four logins, three sources of truth, and still no clear answer about which fire is actually costing the most money.
The software was supposed to fix this.
Every business we look at has a version of this desk, whether it is made of paper or of browser tabs. The tools did not remove the work. They moved it somewhere you cannot see it.
The questions on the call are built around the failures that show up over and over:
- Eight to fifteen disconnected apps, none of them talking
- Subscription costs climbing every time you add a person
- Payroll that needs correcting more often than it should
- Compliance and tax rules changing with nobody watching them
- Hiring that takes months and still produces the wrong fit
- Onboarding and handoffs that live in one person's head
- Project communication scattered across text, email and calls
- No real-time view of materials, stock or supply timing
- Follow-up on leads happening manually, or not at all
- No dependable read on cash-flow runway
- Marketing spend you cannot attribute to a single job
- Customer questions sitting for days with no self-serve answer
- Switching AI tools every few months, paying for all of them
- A CRM so complex the team quietly went back to email
- Every day spent firefighting, zero hours on strategy
- Double-bookings and no-shows eating billable capacity
How it works
Three steps. The only one that costs you anything is the phone call.
-
You call and talk for 12 minutes
Lilly, our AI analysis agent, walks you through a handful of questions about how work actually moves — where it stalls, who it waits on, what you redo. Then she picks the one that is costing you most and goes deep on it. No script to sit through, no sales pitch at the end.
-
We analyze the call, not just transcribe it
The conversation gets run against the failure patterns above, then reviewed by a human who has run a real operation. What comes out is a ranked list of what is costing you the most, with the cheapest fix identified first.
-
You get the analysis in 24 hours
A written report in plain language. It is yours to keep and act on, whether you ever hire us or not.
Why us
The person behind this runs a construction company.
Kenneth owns and runs a construction business in Utah. Payroll that has to be right on Friday, crews waiting on a material order nobody confirmed, bids sitting unfollowed-up in an inbox — these are not case studies to him. They are Tuesday.
He built this diagnostic because every tool he was sold reported a problem and none of them told him what to do about it. So the analysis you get is written the way he wanted to receive it: shortest path first, plain words, and an honest note when the answer is "leave this alone, it is not your biggest issue."
No dashboard to learn
You are not being onboarded into software. If a build ends up making sense, it runs behind the scenes and reports to you — not the other way around.
Operator's bias, not a vendor's
The recommendation is frequently to cancel a subscription or delete a step, which no software company will ever tell you.
Where it can go from here
The call is free. Everything after it is your choice.
Most people take the free analysis and act on it themselves. That is a completely fine outcome. For the ones who want the work done rather than described, there are two further steps.
Snapshot — free

Build & Maintain
We build the thing — the automation, the agent, the consolidated system — and keep it running as the business changes.
Straight answers
Before you call
Is the call really free?
Yes. The call and the summary analysis cost nothing and do not require a card. The paid options only come up if you ask about them.
Am I talking to a person or an AI?
The call itself is handled by Lilly, our AI analysis agent, which is how we can keep it free and available whenever you have twelve minutes. A human reviews every analysis before it goes out, and the live review call is with Kenneth personally.
What do I need to have ready?
Nothing. No numbers, no logins, no prep. Answer honestly about how the work actually happens rather than how it is supposed to happen, and the analysis will be worth reading.
Do you only work with construction businesses?
No. The failure patterns behind the questions show up across trades, restaurants, retail, professional services and logistics. Construction is simply where the founder's own scar tissue comes from.
Is the call recorded?
Yes, and you are told so at the start. The recording is how the analysis gets written. It is used for your report and nothing else.
What happens if you cannot help me?
We say so. Sometimes the honest answer is that the business is running fine and the perceived problem is a staffing or pricing decision rather than a systems one. You still get that in writing.
Twelve minutes on the phone, and you will know what to fix first.
That is the entire ask. Call the diagnostic line, or leave your number and we will call you at a time that suits.
